The following terms of service and policies regarding our auction, plus conditions which you must agree to in order to become a registered and approved seller or buyer. The link at the bottom of this form is for our online registration. Our address and phone are also included for in-person registrations. SPECIAL NOTICE: NO FIREARMS, WEAPONS, GUNS ETC...WILL BE SOLD TO MINORS OR ANYONE NOT ELIGIBLE DUE TO FEDERAL & STATE LAWS! IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF ID AND THERE MAY BE A WAITING PERIOD PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THESE ITEMS IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

Proof of ID - You may register online or in person. In person we require a valid drivers license or other photo proof of ID.

Terms:

You are liable for any and all bids you place either online, by phone, with an absentee bid or in person.

All purchases must be paid for in full at end of each Auction, unless otherwise stated in writing or from the podium at time of Auction.

ALL SALES ARE AS-IS..., NO WARRANTEE, GUARANTEE or IMPLIED VALUE can be nor will be given to any item which is put up for Auction what so ever...unless so stated in writing or from the podium at time of Auction!

Forms of payment accepted include credit cards, personal checks, and cash.

Shipping, handling and/or other means of transporting purchased items are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

No items may leave the Auction floor until paid for in full and cannot disrupt the sale in progress.

There will be a 15% buyers premium charged for any and all general merchandise sold at Auction to buyers. Vehicle purchases are are subject to 15% buyers premium or $225.00, which ever is greater. A $800.00 deposit  (NON-REFUNDABLE) is due the day of the auction if vehicle is not paid in full. Balance is due and payable the following Wednesday.

There will be a fee charged to sellers of items put up for Auction. Please call or check with Auction staff for amounts.

RESULTS & WINNERS WILL NOT BE POSTED ONLINE AT THIS TIME. Winners will be notified by phone. Attend the live Auction to find out which bidder won a bid. The terms "High Bidder" - "Current Amount" and "Next Bid Required" only refers to the online portion of our Auction! After the Online bidding is halted, then the LIVE AUCTION starts at our Auction Gallery which is open to the public. YOUR ONLINE BID is taken as a "PROXY" or "Absentee Bid" only at this time. This may change to live online bidding soon.

LIVE AUCTION bidders will take precedence over online in case of a tie.

ONLINE AUCTION may continue past time when live auction starts, in that case the Auctioneer will attempt to check and honor all bids. If your bid online was somehow missed it will be considered like someone who's hand was missed during a live auction...., your bid is very important to us but the show must go on. The online auction is NOT a live auction and there is a delay in receipt of messages and postings. Later we will put a Live Online feature into effect which will help.
